We are a full service multicultural brokerage. Seeking reliable, qualified professionals to join our sales team. We are hiring personal and commercial lines producers (competitive omission structure) at this time.

Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Service existing book of business (First year only - responding to inquiries, policy changes and billing)

Compensation:

• Commission - multiple structures available

Requirements:

• Valid RIBO or LLQP  license in good standing
• Knowledge of brokerage management system an asset
• 1 to 2 years of sales experience
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Dedicated to customer service and satisfaction
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently as required
